• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with the site’s operation or security
• Copy, scrape, or misuse site content without permission

3) Quotes, Reservations, and Availability

• Any pricing shown or provided is an estimate unless confirmed in writing.
• Vehicle availability is not guaranteed until your reservation is confirmed by Miami Drive Club.
• We may decline or cancel requests at our discretion, including for safety, verification, or availability reasons.

4) Payments

• Payments are processed through Stripe.
• You authorize us (and Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide for approved charges, including rental fees and any additional authorized fees.
• If a payment fails, we may pause or cancel your reservation.

5) Deposits, Fees, and Additional Charges

Depending on the vehicle and rental terms, you may be responsible for additional charges such as:

• Security deposits
• Late return fees
• Cleaning fees (if excessive)
• Tolls, tickets, citations, and impound-related costs
• Damage, theft, or incident-related costs not covered by applicable insurance/coverag

6) Driver Requirements

• Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle.
• You agree to provide accurate information for verification (e.g., license and identity checks) when requested.

7) Prohibited Uses

You may not use any rented vehicle for:

• Racing, track use, stunts, or reckless driving
• Illegal activity
• Towing or pushing another vehicle
• Transporting hazardous or illegal materials
• Operating the vehicle while impaired or in violation of traffic laws

8) Condition of Vehicles

Vehicles are provided “as-is” for the rental period. You agree to:

• Return the vehicle in the same condition as received.
• Report any damage, warning lights, accidents, theft, or incidents immediately

9) Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms will be shown during booking or provided to you in writing. If not stated, refunds are handled case-by-case and may be subject to processing fees or non-refundable reservation fees.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• Miami Drive Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the website or services will not exceed the amount you paid to Miami Drive Club for the rental giving rise to the claim.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miami Drive Club from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or your rental/use of any vehicle.

12) Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, logos, photos, and design) belongs to Miami Drive Club or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
